Cheers to Charity
The Springfield Rotary Club is hosting the 2017 McKenzie Cider and Craft Beer Festival. Proceeds of this event will support Rotary projects that benefit our community.
As a thank you for volunteering, you will receive free admission for both days, a souvenir glass & beer tokens, and some other goodies.
What you need to know
Thank you very much for your interest in volunteering. Events like this are not possible without the help of many volunteers and the Rotarians are very appreciative of your help. You do not need to have an OLCC Server’s permit to volunteer.
We will be conducting a mandatory class for OLCC training during the first half hour of each shift. You do not need to arrive early. Please arrive at the beginning of your shift, and you will be in time for the OLCC class.
According to OLCC regulations you may not participate in the festival before your shift begins. Those working the late shift on Saturday will have their name available at will call on Friday enabling you to pick up your glass and tokens and enjoy the festival the day prior to your shift.
Approximately 450 volunteers will be needed for this event.
Select one or multiple shifts below and complete the registration on Eventbrite. Our Volunteer Coordinator will contact you to confirm your shift as we get closer to the event.
All volunteers will be Pourers at the various booths. Be prepared to be standing for most of your shift. All the booths will have cushioned mats for the pourers to stand on. Sign up with your friends, invite others to join to the fun, and enjoy the festivities!
NOTE that all volunteers must register separately. By adding a friend’s name below you will be placed on the same shift but each person listed MUST fill out their own complete registration form.
