Welcome! Thank you for your interest in the McKenzie Cider & Craft Beer Festival. We seek two food vendors who can provide at least one full meal option and several snack vendors to operate within the Festival facility. We also seek at least one food truck to operate outside the facility, but adjacent to the main event room.

The Nitty Gritty
- The Festival Hours of Operation are Friday, November 9th from 5 to 11 p.m. and Saturday, November 10th from noon to 11 p.m. We expect roughly 5,000 guests over that time.
- All indoor vendors will be provided with electrical access. We ask that indoor food and snack vendors cook their food offsite. Outdoor food trucks can cook food within the truck; we can provide 220 electrical access to one food truck.
- We have no rental fee. Rather, we ask for 10% of gross proceeds from all vendors. For indoor food vendors and food truck vendors we also request a meal deal with a retail value of about $10 for about 80 brewers and entertainers who will present a voucher or scrip in lieu of payment. Typically, not all the vouchers are used each day and, in any case, fee plus vouchers will not exceed 20% of gross proceeds. We also suggest one food item of $5 or less to encourage our guests to eat while they drink.
- All vendors are requested to provide insurance information and a Lane County temporary restaurant license at least 45 days prior to the event. If you are new to the Festival or have not previously provided one, we also request a copy of your W-9.
