The Springfield Rotary Club is hosting the 2016 McKenzie Cider and Craft Beer Festival November 4th and 5th at the Willamalane Center, 250 S. 32nd Street in Springfield. Proceeds from this event will be donated to Willamalane Foundation; as well as to other Rotary projects that benefit our community.
Thank you very much for your interest in volunteering. Events like this are not possible without the help of many volunteers and the Rotarians are very appreciative of your help. You do not need to have an OLCC Server’s permit to volunteer.
NOTE - We will be conducting a mandatory class for OLCC training during the first half hour of each shift. You do not need to arrive early. Please arrive at the beginning of your shift, and you will be in time for the OLCC class.
In appreciation for volunteering you will receive free admission for both days, a souvenir glass & beer tokens, and other goodies.
According to OLCC regulations you may not participate in the festival before your shift begins. Those working the late shift on Saturday will have their name available at will call on Friday enabling you to pick up your glass and tokens and enjoy the festival the day prior to your shift.
Approximately 450 volunteers will be needed for this event.

You will be standing for most of the positions. All of the beer booths will have cushioned mats for the pourers to stand on. Sign up with your friends, bring other friends and join in the fun.
